Orders are confirmed only after successful placement through the website. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices are listed in NPR. Payments can be made via:

Digital payments using Nepali banks or wallets through QR scan
Cash on Delivery (COD)

Delivery charges are calculated based on delivery location and are shown during checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery is handled by a third-party logistics provider. Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on location and external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery partner.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Delivery charges paid to third-party logistics providers are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

Exchange is allowed only if:

The product is damaged during delivery, or
The wrong product is delivered

Requests must be made within a reasonable time after delivery and may require proof.

8. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

By placing an order, you consent to the creation of a user account for order tracking purposes.
